The Rock Star career might be interesting, but I certainly wouldn't pay 30 bucks for one possibly interesting career.Īnd the season one, oh God. I can't imagine having an interactive career as a thief because it seems really repetitive and there's already an Astronaut career, so that seems unlikely to happen. Let's say we have Vampires, Fairies, Witches and Werewolves at the end - That's at least 60 bucks for four life states alone and I'm not ready to pay this much. Sim City 5 is probably the best city builder in theory, its just so fucking small in scope, everything under the hood is fantastic.Fairies and Witches seem the exact same like TS3 (except the Fairy World which could be nice) and I don't think I would pay 15 bucks (or more like Vampires) for every life form. Sim City 5 would have fucking annihilated City Skylines if EA didnt try and turn it into this casual, tiny in scope, forced online MP garbage. Before someone argues "Well if they could get beat out against Sim City and that had decade+ of expertise then why not sims?" What was there? Simcity 3000 and Simcity 4 in all seriousness, and those are honestly more demanding from a player with there learning curves more than skylines. Also good luck beating Maxis after over a decade of expertise with The Sims.Ĭity Builders are niche, the people into city builders are probably more versed PC gamers since the genre is almost exclusive to it. You wont have the brand power, you wont have the advertisement, and you wont be a name almost as household as Mario or Pokemon. You will NOT get this audience at this point. They dont follow gaming news, they generally dont have consoles, and the only game that ever sees there income is The Sims, why do you think The Sims gets away so astoundingly with its business practices. The Sims $$$ almost all comes from women/girls who are extremely casual as fuck.
